Trivia App for Mobile Phones
RivalMe, a free US application and mobile website, launched at the end of November 2011 a college football trivia application. Encouraging team spirit and knowledge sharing, the event was marked by tailgate parties testified by over 500 videos instantly uploaded on YouTube.
The college trivia RivalMe application is aiming to challenge the world of intelligence games. The main areas covered are: sports, history, art, health, science, business, music, TV and college life. The registered members can customize their profile by selecting their areas of interest.
The successful members able to reach a high number of questions answered are rewarded. For example, if you answer correctly 100 questions, you are offered a free drink. For 2,500 correct answers, a free flight is waiting for you. Periodically, big prizes – including a $1,000 hit – are put at stake.
